All services provided by Translated Content are delivered digitally. We do not offer courier, postal, or in-person delivery of translated documents as a standard service. Sworn translations requiring physical presentation before a court official are coordinated with you directly and involve a court-registered process that we explain at the time of order.
Completed translations are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. For large files, we use a secure file transfer service with a download link that expires after 14 days. If you require delivery via a specific platform or in a specific technical format, advise us at the time of ordering.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays. Timelines run from the point at which all source materials have been received and scope has been confirmed.
We return translated documents in the original format unless a different format is agreed. PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, SRT, VTT, XLIFF, and XML formats are all supported. For e-commerce projects, we return in the platform-native import format specified at the start of the project.
If delivery is delayed beyond the confirmed timeline due to our error, we will notify you promptly and provide a revised timeline. Clients affected by our delay may request a partial credit on their next project. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete source materials, late clarification responses, or factors outside our control.
Work begins within one business day of payment confirmation and source material receipt. If we require clarification before starting, we contact you by email. The delivery timeline does not begin until we have everything needed to start.
